Our offers are fair because they are a solution that is simple, hassle free, convenient, and fast. Our clients are willing to forgo full market value in exchange for us handling all of the stressful steps involved with selling Real Estate. We handle it ALL. In essence, you're paying for convenience.

How do you determine what is "FAIR"?
A: Before making an offer we do our homework. We review recently sold properties of similar acreage and location. After comparing comps, we come up with an average market value per acre for your area. Then we factor in the specifics of your property to either add value or reduce value from that average price per acre. We also consult with land agents to confirm our evaluation. After we have an accurate evaluation for your property we then reduce a small percentage to cover our convenience costs (the costs we incur by making it as convenient for you as possible).
